History

Formerly a Kent County Bookmobile stop atLibrary Staff Walker Station School, a storefront library in Standale, and a storefront library located near Remembrance Road and Leonard Street, the present Walker Branch Library has been located in the City of Walker Municipal Center since 1991. In 2025, construction will begin to expand the library. Please click here for details on the project, set to be completed in late 2026.
