The Assessing Department staff annually revalues over 7,100 residential and 850 commercial and industrial properties and calculates over 1,400 personal property accounts. In the average year, we collect and analyze information on over 800 sale transactions, and assess 300 to 350 new residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
